At Kiri Mart, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have the right to cancel it within 30 days, without providing a reason.

Cancellation Period:

The 30-day cancellation period starts from the date you receive the goods, or from the day a third party, appointed by you (not the carrier), takes possession of the product.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your original order, and you will not incur any fees for the refund.

Conditions for Returns:

To ensure your items are eligible for a return, please make sure:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

• The goods are in their original packaging.

Non-returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired.

• Goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for any items that do not meet these conditions at our discretion.

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. Please send the returned items to the following address:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. We will not issue a refund without receiving the returned items or proof of return delivery.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
